Cuticle & Hand Care

Hey there! I'm assuming you're here to find out how I keep my cuticles and hand looking so nice. Well, here are my essentials!

So, let's begin with cuticle removal. I usually do this right after a shower. Your cuticles are softer and easier to work with after being soaked in water. I apply the cuticle remover and let it sit for about 15 seconds. Then I take a toothbrush & scrub away all of the excess cuticle. After this I use a cuticle scrub from Joyful Noise Cosmetics that is no longer available, so I'm in the process of finding a new one. After I dry my hands, I let them soak in OPI Avojuice, which is, in my opinion, the best lotion EVER. (Will post a review at some point) Follow that with CND Solar Oil. From here, I generally wait a few hours before applying my base coat, because there's going to be a lot of oil that needs to be absorbed. Last, I apply either OPI Nail Envy (if I'm not trying to get my nails to grow quickly, just healthy) OR Essie Grow Faster (for when I'm trying to get nubs to grow out quickly). I love both basecoats and use them both on a regular basis.

I do this routine 1-2 per week. In the meantime, I apply cuticle oil daily and use Avojuice about every 2 hours (I really, really love that stuff).

  1. Hi! I would like to open beauty salon. Does anybody have an experience in this business? There are too many options in different salon equipment. Could anybody give me an advise? What store is more reliable to buy Barber clippers and Vintage barber clippers. I'm choosing between Advance-Esthetic.Com and Spa&Equipment websites.
